On Monday, May 12, 2025, Mr. Salam Heso Piro, the General Director of Education at the Zakho Independent Administration, along with his delegation, visited the University of Zakho, to congratulate Prof. Dr. Diyar Abdulkareem Saeed on his new appointment as the President of the University of Zakho.
